By accessing or enrolling to any training program (Online/ Offline) or using any of our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be read as an Employment Contract between Candidate and Provider. This training should not be considered as a degree from a College or University.
User ID and Password
By entering into this Agreement, You acknowledge and agree that Your user ID and password (“Trainee Account”) is for Your exclusive use only. Use or sharing of Your Participant Account with another user is not permitted and is cause for immediate blocking of Your access to the Website, the Services and the Content, the Courseware, and termination of this Agreement. You agree to not allow anyone else to have or use password details. Training materials are the intellectual property of providers (Talent Spiral Inc.). Candidate agrees to refrain from copying, reproducing, creating derivative works, publishing or further distributing training materials provided by the provider.
Termination:
We reserve all the rights to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by My Company, Talent Spiral Inc. My Company, Talent Spiral Inc. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
