- Coordinate with the hiring manager to understand all key job functions and qualifications required for each open position.
Utilize all available information to post the position internally and externally.
>Articulates required candidate attributes, career value proposition, market positioning, and compensation/relocation parameters.
>Source candidates actively by posting jobs on external job boards like Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn and Career Builder, and all industry-specific job boards. Conduct passive sourcing by mining networking websites, attending user groups, etc.
Pre-screen candidates to determine if they meet the minimum qualifications for the position.
>Coordinate with HR Partners to ensure that they have the most up to date information regarding all openings in their business units.
>Familiarity with marketplace trends impacting executive pay and benefits.
>Negotiate complex offers to close candidates by leveraging your experience with competing for top technical talent.
>Possesses excellent customer interaction style, including both exceptional oral and written communication skills.
>Excellent MS tools experience.
>Flexible to work as per US Market Strategy.
